Aiki Mobile Application (hereinafter - Aiki, Mobile Application) may collect certain personal information while you use it. The information we collect is used to analyze your condition, as well as to improve the quality of our services, it is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, except in cases where such a transfer is necessary to provide the services you request and only if we receive permission to transmission.

By creating an account in Aiki, you give us information about your name, email address, username and password, which you use to enter your account. Please note that your password data is stored in encrypted form and no one except you can access this data.

Aiki allows using your social media accounts to register. When using a social network for registration and access to the Mobile Application, you transfer us information about the email address to which your social network account is linked. At the same time, you do not send us information about your password used to enter the social network.

The information indicated above is necessary for us to provide the highest quality service.

In addition, when registering, you provide us with information about your gender, as well as whether you have children. This information is used to provide you with relevant content.

To analyze your mental state, Aiki can record your voice and the words you speak, which requires access to the microphone of the device you are using. The data listed in this paragraph is used solely for analysis and is not stored by Aiki after processing.

We may collect other electronic data obtained as a result of your use of Aiki. This data may include a unique device identifier and information about your registration, setting and use of the Mobile Application. With the exception of unique device identifiers, we collect this data on an aggregate and non-identifying basis.

We use aggregated, non-identifying electronic data collected as a result of using our Mobile Application solely to determine how different categories of users interact with Aiki, so that we can improve. We can also provide such data to our partners promoting the Mobile Application.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect about you to verify your identity when providing access to the Mobile Application. We can also use the information you provide to send notifications about Mobile Application news, special offers and promotions, as well as for various reminders. You have the opportunity at any time to ask us not to contact you about such news or to delete your personal information from our database.

We do not guarantee that your information will not be lost or used for other purposes, but we make every possible effort to ensure its safety and confidentiality.
