What information do we collect?

Lie Detector Mobile Application (hereinafter - Lie detector, Mobile Application) may collect certain personal information while you use it. The information we collect is used to analyze your voice messages, as well as to improve the quality of our services, it is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, except in cases where such a transfer is necessary to provide the services you request and only if we receive permission to transmission.

To analyze your voice messages, Lie detector can record your voice and the words you speak, which requires access to the microphone of the device you are using. The data listed in this paragraph is used solely for analysis and is not stored by Lie detector after processing.

We may collect other electronic data obtained as a result of your use of Lie detector. This data may include a unique device identifier and information about your setting and use of the Mobile Application. With the exception of unique device identifiers, we collect this data on an aggregate and non-identifying basis.

We use aggregated, non-identifying electronic data collected as a result of using our Mobile Application solely to determine how different categories of users interact with Lie detector, so that we can improve. We can also provide such data to our partners promoting the Mobile Application.

We may use the information we collect about you to send notifications about Mobile Application news, special offers and promotions, as well as for various reminders. You have the opportunity at any time to ask us not to contact you about such news or to delete your personal information from our database.

We do not guarantee that your information will not be lost or used for other purposes, but we make every possible effort to ensure its safety and confidentiality.

If Cognitive App LLC is acquired by another company, we will notify you thereof before information about you is transferred and becomes the subject of the privacy policy of such a company.

If it becomes necessary to exchange information with law enforcement agencies for the purpose of investigating a committed offense, or preventing an impending violation, or taking measures regarding illegal activities, as well as situations involving potential threats to the physical security of any person, violations of the Terms of Use, or as necessary, we shall provide information to the relevant authorities. We will also provide information requested by third parties based on the requirements of the legislation of the relevant jurisdiction.
