1. General provisions<br/><br/>

The Lie Detector mobile app (hereinafter referred to as - Lie Detector, Mobile Application, Product) is owned and operated by Cognitive Apps LLC. The terms "we", "us" and "our" in the Mobile Application and these Terms of use shall refer to Cognitive Apps LLC. The term "Device" refers to a device that is used to access a Mobile Application, including, but not limited to, computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Cognitive Apps LLC offers access to Lie Detector, including access to all information, tools, products and services available in the Mobile Application for the user, subject to the user's full and unconditional consent to all terms, policies and notices set out herein.

By using Lie Detector, you agree to be bound by the following terms (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of use, Terms), including any additional terms and policies mentioned here and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms of use carefully before using Lie Detector. By using the Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms or their certain provisions, you shall immediately stop using Lie Detector.

Any new content, features, or tools that we add to the App are also subject to the Terms of use. On this page, you can review the most recent version of the Terms of use at any time. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of use by posting updates and/or changes on this page. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for updates and/or changes. Your continued use of Lie Detector after posting any changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

2. Requirements for the Mobile Application user

By agreeing to these Terms of use, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in accordance with the laws of the country, state or province in which you reside, and you also give us your consent to the use of Lie Detector by any of your minor family members, or other legally incapacitated/restricted person, whose legal representative you are.

You agree not to use Lie Detector for purposes prohibited by law, or to violate the rights of Cognitive Apps LLC or any other person, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, without limitation, copyright laws).

You may not distribute or use any malicious software or code of a malicious nature. Violation of any of these Terms shall result in the immediate termination of your access to our Mobile Application.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user for any reason at any time. You acknowledge that your content may be transmitted in unencrypted form, including transmission over various networks, including unsecured ones. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or use any content contained in Lie Detector, including but not limited to the following items:

articles, texts, courses, fonts, design objects, animations, computer graphics, or access to the Mobile Application itself, for purposes unrelated to the intended use of the Mobile Application, without our written consent.

<br/><br/>3. Subscription<br/><br/>

By installing Lie Detector on your Device, you get access to certain sections and functions of the Mobile Application for free, and you also agree to receive periodic special offers, marketing newsletters and messages related to the Product via electronic communication channels. You can unsubscribe from commercial emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in these messages.

The subscription shall not be transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred in any way to third parties.

Lie Detector users can access the features, tools, and content contained in the Mobile Application in three ways:

- Free basic version of Lie Detector, which provides limited access to analysis tools and part of the information content contained in the Mobile App;

- Free 3-day trial period of Lie Detector "premium" version, which provides unlimited access to all features and content contained in the Mobile App.

- Paid subscription to Lie Detector "premium" version that provides unlimited access to all features and content contained in the Mobile Application.

Please note that your purchase of a subscription through the Apple Store is subject to the applicable Apple payment policy. Refund in case of refusal of a subscription are also governed by the policy of Apple.

Lie Detector offers a subscription to the "premium" version for a year. The annual subscription period is 365 calendar days

Our subscription is paid in advance as a one-time payment with automatic annual renewal. You acknowledge and agree that Cognitive Apps LLC is authorized to charge you for subscription fees in the amount set at the time of initial purchase, as well as funds for subscription renewal in the amount equal to the subscription price at the time of renewal. Payment is charged based on the method you use to pay for your subscription.

To avoid being billed for subscription renewal, you shall cancel your subscription before it is renewed.

Partial Refunds for unused subscription periods are not allowed.

Cognitive Apps LLC has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of use at any time to any company or person, if this does not significantly affect your rights. You shall not transfer your rights or obligations hereunder to anyone else.

<br/><br/>4. Copyright<br/><br/>

All materials (including software and content contained in the Mobile Application) are owned by Cognitive Apps LLC (or third-party licensors, where applicable), unless otherwise specified. You agree and acknowledge that the materials are valuable property and that you do not acquire any ownership rights in such materials. The materials may not be used in ways other than those provided for in these Terms of use and any other relevant terms, without our prior written consent.

You are not allowed to use Lie Detector for commercial purposes. You may not use any of the materials contained in our app for commercial purposes without our written consent. The materials contained in the Mobile Application may not be copied or distributed, republished or transmitted to third parties in any way without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms shall immediately and automatically terminate your right to use the Mobile Application and may result in liability as provided by law.

You also may not use any content, code, data or materials contained in Lie Detector in a way that is not provided for by the functionality of the Mobile Application, in particular: upload the Mobile Application to third-party resources, publicly display, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transfer to third parties, create derivative works, sell or use in any other unintended way.

<br/><br/>5. Trademarks<br/><br/>

Lie Detector®, the Lie Detector logo, and all other marks of Cognitive Apps LLC products or services are trademarks. All intellectual property, trademarks, logos, images, product and company names displayed or mentioned in the Products are the property of their respective owners. Using the Mobile Application shall not grant you any licenses or rights to use, modify, delete, or copy such materials. Misuse of trademarks contained in the Mobile Application is strictly prohibited. Cognitive Apps LLC shall protect its trademark rights to the full extent provided by law, including up to criminal prosecution.

<br/><br/>6. Disclaimer<br/><br/>

The materials and data provided by the Mobile Application are provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions. You rely on the materials and data contained in our Mobile Application at your own risk.

Lie Detector is an entertainment mobile application that analyzes speech indicators and determines the likelihood of the truth in the user's voice messages. The methodology used in the Mobile Application is not scientifically grounded and does not give a guaranteed correct result. The product is purely entertaining and it’s results cannot be considered as reliable. We do not claim, represent, or guarantee that Lie Detector can provide reliable results. 
 
Any information provided by Lie Detector or third-party authors who post content in the Mobile Application is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Any tips or other materials in the Mobile Application are intended for general informational purposes only. They are not intended to be relied upon. We are not responsible for the consequences of your actions based on what you have read or learned while using our Mobile Application, as you take full responsibility for your decisions and actions. In particular, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose of the recommendations, other materials and information published in the Mobile Application.

We do not guarantee or represent that the provision of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not guarantee that the results that can be obtained when using the Mobile Application will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that we may suspend the Mobile Application for an indefinite period of time or stop providing it at any time without prior notice.

All products and services provided to you through the Mobile Application are provided (except as expressly provided by us) in an "as is" and "as available" format, without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, vivid or implied.

In no event shall Cognitive Apps LLC, our founders, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, contractors, interns, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or any other damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, equipment replacement costs, or any other such damages, whether based on the requirements of contracts, regulations, or otherwise.

Because some countries, states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for indirect or consequential damages, in such countries, states or jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

<br/><br/>7. Changes in the Mobile Application<br/><br/>

Detailed information about the Mobile Application and the services we offer may be changed by us unilaterally.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to the Mobile Application in an "as is" and "as available" format.

Under certain circumstances, we may also notify you of changes or updates to our Terms of use through additional means, such as pop-up or push notifications in the Mobile Application or via email.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Mobile Application (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes to the Mobile Application, including price changes, suspension or termination of services.

<br/><br/>8. Third-party products, services and tools<br/><br/>

We may provide you with access to third-party tools, products and/or services that we do not control, do not guarantee their operation, and are not responsible for the content they provide.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools, products, and/or services in an "as is" and "as available" format without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We do not accept any liability arising from your use of third-party tools, products or services.

Any use of additional tools offered through the Mobile Application is at your own risk and discretion, and you must ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the tools are provided by the relevant third-party providers.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with the use of third-party tools, products, and/or services. Please read the terms of use of third-party tools, products and/or services carefully and make sure that you understand them before making any transactions. Complaints, claims, problems, or questions about third-party products must be sent to third parties.

We assume that in the future we will offer new services and/or features through our Mobile Application (including the release of new tools and changes to the Mobile Application). Such new features and/or services are also subject to these Terms of use.

<br/><br/>9. Personal information<br/><br/>

By agreeing to the Terms of use, you consent to the processing and storage of your personal information.

<br/><br/>10. Errors and inaccuracies<br/><br/>

Our app may contain information that contains typos, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to features, our service, promotions, offers, and terms of service availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information if any information posted in the Mobile Application is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have subscribed to our Mobile Application),

We do not undertake any obligation to update, change or update information in the Mobile Application, except as required by law.

<br/><br/>11. Prohibition of use for certain purposes<br/><br/>

In addition to the other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of use, you are prohibited from using the mobile Application or its content: for any illegal purpose; requiring third parties to perform or participate in any illegal activity; violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; violating or restricting our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of third parties; harassing, abusing, harming, slandering, humiliating, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, of national origin or disability; provide false or misleading information; upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that affects the functionality or operation of the Mobile Application or any related tool, product and/or service, third-party websites and applications, or the Internet; collect or track personal information of others; send spam, engage in other illegal activities using the Internet; for any obscene or immoral purposes; interfere with or circumvent the security features of the mobile app or any related tool, product and/or service, third-party websites or the Internet; the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Mobile Application or for any of the above actions.

<br/><br/>12. Inability to apply certain provisions<br/><br/>

If any provision of these Terms of use is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless apply to the full extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed to be separate from these Terms of use. The inability to apply certain provisions of the Terms of use shall not affect the validity and applicability of any other remaining provisions of the Terms of use.

<br/><br/>13. Priority of the Terms of use over other agreements<br/><br/>

These Terms of use and any policies or operating rules published by us in the Mobile Application shall govern your use of Lie Detector, superseding any prior agreements, communications, and offers made orally or in writing between you and us (including, without limitation, any previous versions of the Terms of use). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these terms of use cannot be interpreted in any way that is not in favor of Cognitive Apps LLC.

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions to improve our Mobile Application. You can leave a review by sending us an email at info@cogapps.com. By submitting your feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, territory-and time-limited, irrevocable, free of charge, and sublicensable license under any applicable law. The transfer of this license allows us, among other things, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use your offers for any purpose.
